This is Jim from Australia with Thai888 law at the China embassy Bangkok. We were hired as Jim’s Chinese brother passed away in Thailand. Jim’s brother had a company in Thailand lived in Singapore and Shanghai. English Thai Chinese was used and 4 Embassies to get some vital docs we need to move ahead with probate in these countries. It will be a slow journey however Jim who lives in Australia is only a phone call away. Thai888.com [email protected]

Thai888 Law Company and Allison Monkhouse Christmas
Hello and thank you to all our existing and new clients. This year we did not have our traditional party for you all. The main reason is that Thai888 Law has grown and we felt that it was time to give back to the needy and so each week at the Pattaya City Expats Club we have been donating some money for Christmas presents for the children.
There are dozens of other charities to and so instead of giving to one we have been trying to give to the ones we feel are more worthy. The ones with small overheads so that most of the money goes to the children.
How about you?
Its very good Karma to give in a Buddhist country and so I ask you to give something back to the country that allows you to stay.
Every little bit helps.
Merry Christmas to you all and see you next year.
Although we will still be in the Pattaya area we are planning to have lunch on the 25th and the staff will not return until the 3rd Jan 2019.
Thai888 Law Company review
Our client wanted to post this however did not have a Google account and so they have allowed me to post it here.
Hello again Mr. Bamfield,
It is my pleasure to hear from you again, and my honor to write a review for you. I am going to send you the review, in red, in this email, for you to look over.
So my question to you is: is there somebody in your Thai888 Law and Funeral Services Company / office that can post this review using their Google account? My review is truly heartfelt, and will come across as such, so I do not think that the user name would be an issue. I think any first name would be fine, without the need to use a last name. If that is a problem, I will get another SIM card and open the Google account. I want to do this and I will get it done, so please inform on this point.
Here is the review. I put much thought into this because I wanted the review to have an impact.
Thank you also for the Pattaya City expat club recommendation. I will urge Diane to attend it on Sunday (I am currently in Rayong, as Diane went to Pattaya for an art class).
REVIEW:
Attorneys, dentists, and mechanics : We all need them, but negative stereotypes and past experiences have led us to subconsciously to avoid them, until absolutely necessary. As overseas expats, this problem is compounded by both the language barrier and general unfamiliarity of being in a foreign country.
In the West, people hold their breath nervously, as each second that passes in consultation with a lawyer costs serious money (along with any follow-up correspondence from even low level people). The exact opposite is true here: I was quite surprised at how generous Kelvin was with his time, out of basic human kindness. In fact, Kelvin even contacted local authorities about a unique situation that I had, without even being asked to do so, at no cost to me. All costs were more than reasonable, and spelled out clearly. Other law offices that I had misfortune of dealing with wanted exorbitant fees for even the simplest of paperwork, simply because they could get away with it in a foreign land, and because they spoke English.
Of course, having the job done correctly is the primary concern, and I was impressed with his attention to detail. My gut feeling tells me that this will be done right. I also know that he is reachable and responsive at all times, should I need to contact him. Kelvin has been here for 19 years, so he knows the lay of the land quite well. Did I mention how genuinely warm, friendly, and human he was? Again, that is one of those gut feel issues that intuitive people latch onto.
I never thought that I would be honored to write an upbeat appraisal for someone doing this Probate work, but here we are. Now if I could only find an honest dentist…?
Thai888 Law and what happens if we close the company?
just following up
a rewrite of the Will is necessary when the Beneficiaries or the Executor changes and as we have the last Will on file it should not take long – bring in the changes and we can work something out
The question of what happens if Thai888 Law is no longer established –
As we made the Will it can be presented at court via another person with a lawyer
If I, Thai888 Law or anyone else is the deceased Executor then the court process is as follows:
the Will and documents regarding the demise of the above are presented to the court to prove the situation
the court (with evidence) approves the situation (effectively they have resigned as the Executor)
an application is made by another person or a court representative to fill the role of the Executor
the court approves this application and then appoints an
Executor and gives a Grant of Probate (court order)
the rules of probate are followed in that a
period of challenges etc is allowed before the estate can be
liquidated and proceeds repatriated to the Beneficiaries
I hope this helps [email protected]
