I am thankful to Joni, and my law team at Thai888 Law who helped me through from the minute ***** died, and he (Kelvin and Jeab) was the first person to meet me in the hospital and including proceedings regarding the WILL that ***** made with Thai888 in Thailand, and they fulfilled David’s promise to follow his WILL in Canada. 3 years passed and still the estate had not been finalized in Canada. Thai888 was asked for and supplied many documents and codicils to Canada Lawyers and then the tax office got involved. There were many delays until Kelvin requested the Ombudsman intervene as something was wrong and we needed action and not delays.
Now the 3 years journey is complete and people have moved on. It would have been more painful and drawn out if there was no Will in place. Dealing internationally is very difficult and so please get your paper work together. Thank you everyone for your concern and help. [email protected]
