Covid and the Courts
In some respects there has been some advantage as people cannot fly in without quarantine and so a Power of Attorney (POA) can be arranged and I or a member of Thai888 Law can represent you in court. Before the Judge would not allow this, however now, if the documents are in order then it is possible for us to go to court and get a grant without you leaving home. The savings are enormous as there are no airfares, hotel costs, quarantine costs and you’re in a non English speaking country and all docs are in Thai, therefore more costs for translators and interpreters.
