Gay Wills or common law partners

Whether you are gay, straight, lesbian, trans gender or common law partner, you need a Will.

Common Law is not recognised here and so you need to protect each other should something happen to either one of you.

If there is a valid Will in place then it would be difficult for it or the Beneficiaries to be contested. Without a Will then it would be difficult to prove you were entitled to any assets. You may even have to move from the place you shared with your partner.

Don’t be caught in this situation as it will add to your already grieving situation.

Don’t think – do it now.
