Kelvin Bamfield is the Chief English Officer (CEO) for Thai888 Law and Abroad Funerals and his work permit states that he works for Thai888 Law and Abroad funerals as the co Ordinator with foreigners, however all this work is overseen by Thai Lawyers and Thai Staff. He does not work as a Lawyer in Thailand.
Kelvin often gives talks at the expats clubs in Pattaya, however these talks are for entertainment purposes only and the clubs nor Thai888 Law and Abroad Funerals endorses any product or service mentioned by Kelvin.
Kelvin is often in Thai Courts however this is normally because he is the Executor of a Will Testament and as such can use one of our Thai888 Lawyers to apply to the court for a Grant of Probate. Once this is obtained and as it is in Kelvin Bamfield’s name and sanctioned by the court he can do all the work as stated in the Court Grant
At no time can Kelvin act without the courts permission, besides we have all Thai qualified staff for this.
