Leon Casey UK deceased – Jomtien Thailand Thai888 Law Co

Thai888 Law firm is seeking the UK address of Leon Casey deceased. Leon died in Pattaya Thailand in 2022. We contacted the UK Embassy in Bangkok and they had no info on Leon and he remained in the morgue for over 50 days before we could cremate him. The delay was caused by having no info on Leon or next of kin to contact. We have since been making application for probate however we don’t have an address of his property in UK Guildford and so cannot list it as an asset. Can you advise us of the address of the property and if it is tenanted? I am aware of the privacy laws however we have run out of avenues to contact. When you lose your soul mate and partner

Dear all

I am thankful to Joni, and my law team at Thai888 Law who helped me through from the minute ***** died, and he (Kelvin and Jeab) was the first person to meet me in the hospital and including proceedings regarding the WILL that ***** made with Thai888 in Thailand, and they fulfilled David’s promise to follow his WILL in Canada. 3 years passed and still the estate had not been finalized in Canada. Thai888 was asked for and supplied many documents and codicils to Canada Lawyers and then the tax office got involved. There were many delays until Kelvin requested the Ombudsman intervene as something was wrong and we needed action and not delays.

Now the 3 years journey is complete and people have moved on. It would have been more painful and drawn out if there was no Will in place. Dealing internationally is very difficult and so please get your paper work together. Thank you everyone for your concern and help. [email protected]

Unfortunately, John has passed away. Kelvin Bamfield from Thai888 Law has been named by the Pattaya Courts as the Executor or Administrator of Johns estate.
