I would like to wish you and your team a massive and truly heartfelt thank you for everything you have done for Ray, his adoptive Thai family, myself and his UK based brothers and sisters, nephews and nieces.
Under normal circumstances when I got the news he had left us I would have been on a plane in person but this was not possible. What could I do? It was Songkran and the embassy was closed. From the FCO they gave me the list of regulations and papers that were needed and Ray died without leaving an executor . How could I manage all that remotely from Switzerland?.
And then I found you and you took all that worry away from me. You knew exactly what needed to be done and I immediately felt safe, secure and confident that you and your team would take care of everything. And you did beyond my expectations will all the calmness and respect for a family grieving for the loss of their loved one. Perfect in fact.
I did manage to be present live (Facebook) (link here) and thank you for the live link and the recording. It was truly amazing from beginning to end. The walk around the temple (link here) , the readings, the offerings, the committal, the monks, the floral tributes was just well what can I see but… truly amazing.
